• The minimum withdrawal via mobile banking is BDT 500; via bank transfer it is BDT 1,000.

General terms governing ze77 bonuses and promotions:

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, once per account.
• Wagering Requirements: To withdraw a bonus, you must wager a specified amount. Wagering requirements vary for each bonus.
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.

In the event of a dispute with a game provider, ze77 acts as a mediator. However, the game provider's own rules may apply in such cases.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ze77:

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to ze77's systems.
• Accessing another player's account without their permission.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Ze77 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Without completing KYC verification.
• When required by law or regulation.
• If the player requests account closure themselves.
